Oversee HR management processes in the TWR Singapore office which include recruitment and selection, orientation, compensation and benefits, talent engagement and performance management, member care and staff welfare, training, and organizational development, through to termination and exit for staff, missionaries and volunteers
Work closely with corporate and regional leadership in developing and delivering effective HR strategies and outcomes in Asia
Network and develop partnerships with potential sending agencies, churches, and Bible colleges within the region with the purpose of recruiting staff for TWR worldwide
Be familiar with partnering sending agencies' policies and systems pertaining to the obligations of TWR as a receiving agency to provide quality support to missionaries and sending agencies
