Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, learning & development, and HR operations. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with the company's business objectives and growth plans within the electronics industry. Partner closely with department heads and senior management to provide HR advisory support on workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational development. Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities for engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and corporate functions to ensure timely hiring of quality talent. Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, talent assessments, and employee development programs.
