Oversee and manage the full spectrum of human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, leave management and employee records
Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations, including MOM and CPF requirements
Develop, implement and review HR policies, procedures and employment contracts
Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary issues and performance management
Support management in manpower planning, staff development and workforce optimisation
Liaise with external parties such as government authorities, recruitment agencies and service providers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and records
