Position Overview

Manage Human Resource management functions (manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, training & development, policies review, payroll verification, monthly HR reports etc) 
Oversee and refine employee standards and procedures, using existing HR systems as well as improved or recommended processes 
Recruitment efforts, and prepare employees for their assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs 
Ensure compliance of regulations with CPF, IRAS, MOM, WDA and other agencies
