OSW Equipment & Repair is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead the day-to-day HR operations at our facility. This role serves as a strategic partner to business leaders while ensuring the effective execution of core HR programs, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and company policies.

The HR Manager provides coaching and guidance to both leaders and employees, drives employee engagement initiatives, and supports organizational change efforts.
