The HR Manager is responsible for managing the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters, training and development, HR policy implementation, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and compliance with labour laws.
This role requires a strong HR leader who can support business operations, manage manpower planning, improve employee performance, and ensure that all HR practices are aligned with company policies and business objectives.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview arrangement, selection, offer preparation, and onboarding.
Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure vacancies are filled within the required timeline.
