About the Role
Ankit Silicate is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Manager with strong recruitment and talent acquisition capabilities to support our expanding operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in industrial/manufacturing recruitment and be capable of managing end-to-end hiring across multiple functions and locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities across the organization.
- Handle hiring for technical and non-technical positions, including:
- Production and Plant Personnel
- Engineers and Project Engineers
- R&D and Quality Control Professionals
- Sales and Marketing Personnel
- Accounts, Administration, and Support Functions
- Blue-collar and White-collar Workforce
- Project Consultants and Contract Resources
- Manage local, regional, and PAN India recruitment requirements.
