This role is ONSITE 100%. To be considered for the role you must already live within 45 mins of either the Watertown or Albany locations. You will also need to possess 6 years of HR experience with at least 4 years in a non-administrative HR role.

Travel Requirement: If you live in Watertown - you will be based in the Watertown office daily but have an expectation of travel to Albany 1x per month for 2-3 days per trip.

*If you live in the Albany area, you will be required to work out of Watertown 2 weeks per month for 2-3 days each visit.
