Position Overview

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy 
Prepare HR reports and analytics for management 
Oversee the recruitment and selection process for all departments 
Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts promptly and fairly 
Plan and coordinate training and development programs 
Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration 
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or related field 
At least 5 years of experience in human resources, with 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role 
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices 
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills 
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
