As a HR Officer you will be responsible for managing and coordinating Bloom Education s medical insurance program, accurately processing visas and work permits for employees, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department. You will report to the HR Operations Lead.
Responsibilities
- Administer and manage the company s medical insurance program, ensuring all employees are enrolled and coverage is maintained.
- Work with insurance providers to negotiate rates and manage renewals.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding medical insurance coverage and claims processing.
- Communicate with employees to ensure timely and accurate submission of medical claims.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records related to medical insurance coverage.
