Training and Development - Conduct annual training needs analyses and assist with Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR) submissions
- Coordinate learnership programmes and liaise with SETAs, training providers and departmental managers
- Prepare training reports and ensure compliance with Skills Development and B-BBEE requirements
Employee & Labour Relations - Support the implementation of employee relations policies and procedures in line with labour legislation
Performance Management - Coordinate and maintain the company's performance management system
HR Administration - Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, promotion, transfer, salary increase and resignation documentation
