Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms
• Review and screen resumes and applications
• Conduct initial interviews to assess applicants’ skills, knowledge, and cultural fit
• Coordinate with HR Manager
• Other task assigned time to time

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Human Resource, Management, Business Studies/Administration/ Psychology or equivalent.
• With at least 3 years working experience in recruitment process or preferred experience
