The HR Officer is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, including attendance, overtime, allowances and adjustments. This role manages government‑mandated remittances and loan reporting while serving as a key point of contact for employee relations, addressing personnel concerns and supporting day‑to‑day employee communications.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
- Preferably with at least 2‑3 years of experience in HR Compensation and benefits or payroll processing.
- Knowledge of Philippine Labor laws and government benefits systems (SSS, Phil health, Pag‑ibig, BIR).
- Basic knowledge of tax computation and reporting.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other HR Payroll systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidate must be willing to work in San Juan Greenhills.
