Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
• At least 1–3 years of experience in HR functions, with experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and administrative tasks, background in logistics or manpower agency is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in HR processes and labor laws
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willing to do fieldwork if needed
