The HR Operations Advisor (Kyiv office) is responsible for local execution of operational HR activities, the key HR point of contact to local employees and support implementation of local projects or initiatives.
How you will contribute
Ensuring the full cycle of HR administration (up to 150 employees for BU), including preparation of all personnel documentation, processes related to employee life cycle in the company (hiring, transfers, absence tracking, change of employment conditions, awarding process, termination, etc.);Key point of contact to employee and managers for HR related queries, facilitation in the areas of employee relations, HR portal navigation, policy interpretation and process support requiring face-to-face interaction and hard copy documentation;...
