Position Overview

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Contractor to support the day-to-day administration of Human Resources programs and employee services for our Canadian organization. This role supports approximately 230 employees, including a unionized manufacturing workforce in Montreal.

The successful candidate will manage HR administration, employee records, benefits and pension support, payroll coordination, leave management, and employee lifecycle processes while ensuring compliance with Canadian employment legislation, collective agreement requirements, and company policies. The candidate will work with the outgoing incumbent for a brief period and be responsible for filling the position and overlap with a new hire to seamlessly transition the work.

Hourly Rate: 40-50/HR
