Position Overview

Job Responsibilities
  • Attend on-site workplace incidents and conduct initial fact-finding and documentation.
  • Manage the full disciplinary process, including investigations, Show Cause Letters, inquiries, and case documentation.
  • Handle workplace injury (WICA) cases and liaise with MOM, insurers, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, MOM regulations, and Work Pass requirements.
  • Advise site managers on employment matters, disciplinary actions, and regulatory compliance.
  • Liaise with clients during incidents and provide timely updates and resolutions.
  • Prepare incident reports, maintain case records, and recommend process improvements.
  • Support MOM audits, inspections, and other compliance-related matters.
  • Monitor incident trends and ensure timely closure of all cases.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
