Job Description

The role supports the Human Resources Business Partner with all HR‑related activities including recruitment, digital file management, and other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support to the Human Resource Business Partner.
• Digitize current staff files, ex‑employee files, temporary, intern, and volunteer staff files.
• Create and maintain an alphabetically ordered list of files in OneDrive, including dates of joining and leaving.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documents and staff records in each file.
• Assist with recruitment and separation processes.
