HR Operations Representative
**Position Objective**
Provide operational and administrative support to the Compensation & Benefits function, ensuring the effective administration of benefit programs, timely employee support, and the execution of key processes such as internal promotions for direct labor, job mapping, and benefits communication. This role contributes to a positive employee experience while ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Benefits Administration
+ Administer and provide ongoing support for Medical Insurance and Life Insurance policies.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits‑related questions and guidance.
+ Support in enrollments, terminations, and changes in benefit plans in coordination with brokers and Compensation and Benefits Manager.
