Position Overview
The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for the precision and integrity of employee data within Dayforce. This role serves as the primary gatekeeper for the employee lifecycle, ensuring that every system entry—from hire to retire—is audited for accuracy, compliance with signed offer letters, and K-SOX internal controls.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Onboarding & Offboarding: Managing new hire setups, documentation, and departure processes. HRIS Management: Maintaining employee records, data auditing, and generating reports within the Human Resources Information System.
