**About the Role**
The **HR Operations Specialist - Israel** is responsible for delivering compliant, high-quality HR operational services for employees and supervisors across the Eastern Mediterranean Business Unit (EMED) in Israel, within Chevron’s global HR operating model. The role serves as the primary local point of contact for routine HR inquiries, supports the implementation of HR programs and processes, and coordinates with global HR teams, such as Global Business Services (GBS) and Centers of Excellence (CoEs), to ensure efficient service delivery and positive employee experience.
