ROLE

• Manage the end-to-end jubilee process, including tracking employee milestones and anniversaries, coordinating recognition activities, distributing Swibeco points, liaising with payroll, and ensuring timely and accurate processing in line with company guidelines.
• Handle and respond to inquiries received in shared mailboxes to ensure timely support to employees and managers.
• Maintain and keep up to date the HR portal on the company intranet, ensuring employee-facing content and links remain current and publishing updates as requested.
• Support colleagues in managing the full cycle of employee absences in Switzerland, including processing absence requests, handling special leave cases, maintaining schedules in the time management system, verifying and recording medical certificates, coordinating with th...
