Jensten are seeking a proactive, systems‑savvy and detail‑oriented HR Operations and Systems Associate to join our vibrant and successful People and Culture team, based at our Huntingdon office with a hybrid working approach.

In this exciting and varied role, you will work closely with the HR Operations Lead, M&A Lead and wider People and Culture team to support the delivery of HR operations, projects and continuous improvement activity. You will play a key role in onboarding new employees through both recruitment and acquisitions, resolving HR Operations queries and system issues, and helping to build more efficient, automated and agile ways of working.
