Cognizant is seeking an HR Partner for their Kuala Lumpur location. You will manage employee lifecycle processes and provide proactive HR solutions to support the organization’s growth and compliance with Malaysian labor laws.

The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in HR Management and over 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the IT/ITES sector. Fluent English is essential; Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus. The position requires an on-site schedule with a minimum of 4 days per week.
