Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in payroll processing, specifically in multi-state U.S. payroll.
• Solid knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Gusto, QuickBooks Payroll, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and data accuracy.
