About the Role We are looking for a meticulous and dependable Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll administration. You will handle the full payroll cycle — from processing monthly salaries and CPF submissions to managing statutory claims and coordinating with Finance.
What You Will Do Payroll Processing & Administration
- Manage end-to-end payroll administration including CPF contributions and tax submissions using SAP payroll software
- Process monthly ESS claims such as flexi benefits, dental, and handphone claims
- Process and verify statutory claims including National Service Leave, Government-Paid Childcare Leave, Maternity Leave, and other applicable leave schemes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date archival of all payroll records
Reporting & Reconciliation
- Prepare monthly headcount reports, payroll reconciliation reports, and other payroll-related reports
