Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee end‑to‑end payroll processing and all payroll‑related tasks across several countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Manage benefits enrolment, changes, and employee inquiries.
  • Coordinate other employee lifecycle processes and HR admin operations.
  • Respond to employee questions about policies, pay, benefits, and HR procedures.
  • Partner with internal HR teams, Finance, Tax, external providers and other internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regional regulations.
  • Support internal audits and documentation requirements.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to HR workflows.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in multi‑country payroll and benefits administration.
  • Strong understanding of labour legislation, Social Security procedures, and payroll management.
  • Fluency in English.
