About the Role We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on HR People Partner to support our team in Singapore, and across countries when needed. This role will provide practical people support, manage key employee lifecycle processes, and help ensure HR practices are consistent, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
Based in Singapore, the role requires 3‑4 office days per week.
Key Responsibilities - Provide day‑to‑day people support to employees, managers, HRBPs, and business leaders in Singapore, and flexible to support across countries in ASEAN and Greater China.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation, transfers, mobility, contract or entity changes, regularization, and exits.
- Handle employee relations matters such as complaints, conduct concerns, performance improvement, conflict resolution, and complex or sensitive cases.
