Transgulf Readymix in Dubai is seeking a Jr. HR Performance and OD Officer to strengthen performance management, organizational development and HR processes.

You will maintain KPI trackers, support evaluations and improvement plans, and prepare dashboards and reports to inform management decisions. The role requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, 24 years of experience in HR performance management, OD, HR operations or business analysis, and strong Excel and documentation skills with a high level
