Summary

We are looking for an HR Plant Lead who will play a key role as a member of the leadership team providing strategic input, HR solutions, daily leadership, creative consultation, and leadership coaching/counseling for our plant in Tecate, Mexico. They will work closely with the LATAM HR Business Partner, Plant Manager and local HR team, in defining short-term and long-term organizational needs and solutions in the areas of employee engagement and inclusion, change management, organizational design and job leveling, and compensation. The HR Plant Lead will report directly to the LATAM HRBP and have indirect management responsibility for the onsite HRG who they will coach, develop, and mentor. In addition, this role will partner with our HR Services and HR CoEs to deliver the full value of HR to the business.
