A Day in Your Life

As an HR PM Specialist at MKS, you will be involved in impactful HR projects across Asia. You will partner closely with our HR Centers of Excellence (COE) and Business Partner (BP) teams, as well as cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end HR initiatives that align with both global corporate standards and regional business needs. In this role, you will report to the Manager, HR Project.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with COE and HRBP teams to support corporate and regional projects as the APAC PM specialist.
• Amplify and unify the voice of APAC HR to drive regional strategic alignment.
• Collect, sort, and analyze project‑related HR data; compile regular progress reports and quarterly metrics.
