Overview

As an HR PM Specialist at MKS, you will be involved in impactful HR projects across Asia. You will partner closely with our HR Centers of Excellence (COE) and Business Partner (BP) teams, as well as cross-functional stakeholders to deliver end-to-end HR initiatives that align with both global corporate standards and regional business needs. In this role, you will report to Manager, HR Project.

Responsibilities

• Partner with COE and HRBP team to support corporate/regional projects as APAC PM specialist role.
• Amplify and unify the voice of APAC HR to drive regional strategic alignment.
• Collect, sort and analyze project-related HR data, compile regular project progress reports, quarterly metrics.
• Summarize project experience, and form reusable methodology and templates.
• Maintain smooth communication with stakeholders, collaborate with HR community to ensure project consistency and country diversity.
