Overview: The HR Project Manager of Publicis Groupe will act as the operational backbone of the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring that recruitment processes are managed with rigor, visibility, and accountability. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end coordination of hiring processes as structured projects, working closely with the HRBP and TA Lead to ensure comprehensive coordination, adherence to timelines, ownership, service level agreements (SLAs) and enabling data‑driven decision‑making through accurate and timely reporting.
