 Manage end-to-end recruitment for call centre roles (Customer Service Representatives, QA, etc.)  Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning  Post job ads on job portals, social media, and internal platforms  Proactively source candidates through referrals and online channels  Screen resumes and conduct telephonic to assess communication and customer service skills.  Schedule interviews, coordinate hiring panels, and follow up on interview feedback.  Maintain candidate pipelines and keep database updated.  Handle bulk hiring campaigns and recruitment drives  Support hiring for night shifts  Contribute to improving the candidate experience and employer brand  Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management review
