Recruitment

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
• Prepare offer letters and support joining formalities

HR Operations & Onboarding

• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation
• Prepare and maintain employee files and HR documentation
• Assist with visa, medical, Emirates ID and labor card processes
• Maintain HR records and update HR systems
• Support attendance, leave records and payroll inputs
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–2 years of UAE experience in HR Assistant or HR Recruiter...
