Position Overview
Description We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join a busy HR team on an onsite contract assignment expected to last about 90 days. This role is well suited for someone who can balance recruiting coordination with day-to-day HR support while maintaining strong organization and discretion. The position will contribute to hiring activities, employee communications, reporting, and benefits-related administration in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities:
β’ Manage interview calendars, confirm logistics, and keep candidates informed throughout each stage of the hiring process.
β’ Support recruiting efforts by maintaining candidate records, coordinating interview activity, and assisting with sourcing-related administration.
β’ Oversee the HR team inbox by responding to employee questions, directing requests, and ensuring timely follow-up.
