The Human Resources Generalist will support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, payroll support, benefits coordination, compliance, and HR projects.

This role requires a strong people-oriented HR professional with excellent English communication skills, solid knowledge of Mexican labor practices, and the ability to build trust with employees and managers across all levels of the organization.
