Job Description:
This role ensures the integrity of employee data, provides administrative HR support, responds to employee inquiries, and contributes to the overall effectiveness and improvement of HR operations and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in Human Resource operation, employee services, or related field
- Experience with data management and personnel operation with proficiency in using HRIS systems
- Strong in data management, employee data analysis, reporting skills, and validation process
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of confidentiality and data accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- This position is temporary for 6 Months (PKWT)
