Responsible for leading and delivering end-to-end HR Shared Services operations of onshore ensuring high-quality, compliant, and SLA-driven support across the employee lifecycle. The role combines operational excellence, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making to enhance service delivery and stakeholder experience.
Accountable for managing a team of HR professionals, driving process efficiency, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring seamless execution of core HR functions including onboarding, employee data management, payroll inputs, benefits administration, and employee query resolution.
Plays a key role in governance and performance management through regular reporting, analytics, and audits, while actively identifying opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation.
