Description We are looking for an HR Specialist 1 to support core human resources operations and provide day-to-day guidance on policies, compensation, and employee-related processes in Memphis, Tennessee. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is organized, service-oriented, and comfortable handling records, reports, and classification-related tasks in a fast-paced environment. The role will contribute to compliance-focused HR activities while helping maintain accurate documentation and consistent support for managers and employees.
