Description
We are looking for an independent HR support professional to provide hands-on assistance for a growing multi-location operation. This role will focus heavily on HR operations, employee record management, payroll platform migration support, and process streamlining as the organization scales. This is a fully remote contract based in Florida.
Responsibilities:
β’ Manage day-to-day HR administrative activities for a multi-location fitness business and provide dependable support across core people operations.
β’ Coordinate the transition of payroll activities for Florida locations into Paylocity and help ensure records and workflows are aligned within the system.
β’ Review, organize, and upload employee onboarding and personnel documents into Paylocity to maintain complete and accurate digital files.
