Responsibilities

The HR Specialist coordinates and develops human resources processes and supports managers in implementing personnel guidelines and employment matters.

In a development‑oriented work community, the HR Specialist will manage newly created part‑time initiatives, coordinate municipal KT contacts, prepare matters for the cooperation committee, and act as the occupational health contact person.

They will serve as an expert in developing workplace well‑being and work ability management, collaborate with managers, employees and representatives, communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, work independently, and employ strong organisational and decision‑making skills.

Qualifications

A suitable higher‑education degree is required.

Experience and skills in HR tasks are necessary, with particular value placed on knowledge of KVTES and other municipal collective agreements.
