Responsibilities

• Timekeeping / Computation of Wages
• Daily Attendance Monitoring
• Employee Relations (Issuance of Disciplinary Actions, Performance Evaluation)
• Sourcing and Recruitment
• Assists in Benefits Claims (SSS, Healthcard) and Loan Applications (SSS, Pagibig)

Requirements

• Knowing how to drive a motorcycle is an advantage.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Development, Psychology, Business Administration, Management or related courses.
• Preferably with related experience as HR Coordinator/Supervisor of a job contractor/service provider.
