Position Overview

Achieves the target timeline of twenty-five (25) working days from the receipt of MRF. 
Conducts initial interviews of applicants, schedules final interviews for qualified candidates (if applicable), and conducts background checks. 
Informs new members regarding pre‑employment requirements, forms to accomplish, work assignment, and compensation package. 
Collects pre‑employment requirements from new members and endorses these to the Records Section in a timely manner. 
Prepares and issues Employment Contract/Assignment Contract to newly hired members. 
Conducts pre‑deployment orientation and seminars for new members such as PMES, OSDA, benefits, and others. 
Ensures the completeness of attendance and pictures, sorted based on the date conducted. 
Schedules and conducts client visits, as needed. 
Regularly communicates with clients regarding sourcing, training requirements, and process improvement.
