Position Overview

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies 
Source candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards 
Screen and interview applicants to assess qualifications 
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs 
Manage candidate experience and maintain applicant tracking system 
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations 
Educational Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
