Manage employee relations concerns, including counseling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Prepare memos, notices to explain (NTE), and other HR documentation
Ensure integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive employee matters
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Help organize quarterly and annual performance evaluations
Support training and development initiatives
Education Background
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Years Of Related Experience
At least 1 year relevant work experience.
Experience in all HR facets an advantage
