The position is responsible for assisting the HR Manager in job organization, HR planning, selection and placement as well as salary administration.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of either BS Psychology and other Human Resource-related courses
• Preferably with experience in recruitment and process management
  
• Proficient in MS Office applications and other software applications
  
• Good oral and written communication skills
