Develop, Implement, Communicate and Administer compensation and benefits programs, policies and procedures.
Supervises daily compensation and benefits operations including salary Structure development, base pay administration, incentive plan and design and analysis, assists in planning for health and welfare, retirement and work life benefits.
Ensure all timekeeping and payroll transactions are processed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner.
Compile, calculate, and enter data in a payroll system.
Ensure that salary, withholding taxes and government contributions comply with regulations.
Liaise with Government Insurance authorities (SSS, Philhealth, HDMF) and ensure compliance.
Supervise punctual enrollment and deletion of J&T Express employees in HMO, including timely payment to service provider.
Reports to the HR General Manager
