Supervises delivery of the following tasks as performed by the HR Assistant:
Timely and accurate processing of timekeeping documents for payroll preparation
Prepares the Performance Evaluation Form and needed attachment
Maintains and updates personnel 201 files and records
Sourcing, screening and placement of manpower
Timely address concerns of employee assigned to all distribution centers
Assist and handle labor related issues and assure uniform application of corrective consultation and due process procedure.
Conducts quarterly audit of personnel 201 file
Audit payroll entries per payroll cut-off
Keeps track and record personnel movements such as regularization, promotions, transfers, resignation and termination, implementation of corresponding adjustments, merit increases and others
