Supervises and ensures a seamless recruitment-to-onboarding processes
Monitors the safeguarding, update of 201 files and the optimization of all employee data
Supervises timekeeping-to-payroll-compute process and ensures accuracy of employee roster and information as basis for payroll
Facilitates employee discipline process that is consistent with fair corporate policies and procedures and/or Philippine Labor Laws
Provides support in the implementation of Performance Management programs, specifically on Performance Evaluation, Competency Assessment / Training Needs Analysis, and conduct of training programs
Ensures regular preparation of HR Reports as basis for recommendation of action plans and decision-making
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
